First, I input the shapes we will use. I imported the text, a rounded square, and a heart. The rounded rectangle is just used as a reference for the coaster's size. Then, I placed the heart into the rectangle. After that, you need to weld the text for it to work correctly.

Now we will resize the text to fit on the heart and then subtract it from the heart to show the name and date.

For the material, I used an Xtool stone coaster, but you could also use a wooden coaster.

Now it's time to use the laser on your stone coaster. These settings are for an S1 40-watt laser. Don't forget to wear your laser safety glasses.
