Step1: Design

PHOTO FRAME instruction: step 1 - Design
Preview

This project starts with an SVG file of an unclustered photo frame of 3 pieces of wood and 1 piece of acetate. I have made several designs, some larger than others, to make the photo longer or wider. The 3 pieces of wood are the front part where we will later record the memory data, the back part and a central part that is as if it were a box to be able to put the photo. On the other hand, there is the acetate which is what we will put in front of the photo to protect it.

Step2: MARK, RECORD AND CUT

The 3 pieces of wood must be cut with laser

We engraved the front piece with the name, date and event, in this case the girl's name, first communion and date

Transparent Frosted must be cut with blade cut.

Step3: Assembly

Finally we take the glue and first glue the transparent frosted to the first piece (the one that is engraved) but behind it, on top of it we will glue the piece that is open to make the box and on top of it the lid that closes our frame. All we have to do is print the photo and insert it.
