Information

We were just invited to an adoption party and I searched the internet high and low on what to bring to such a party as a gift. I couldn't find anything. I did see on a thread where someone suggested a tree because they establishing roots as a family and Ioved that. So I set out to buy a tree and now I need to create something to tie everything together and thats when I came up with this stake.
I gifted this for an adoption but it really can work in any situation, wedding, bridal shower, birth of a baby, the possibilities really are endless!

  • Next, I took my time tapping off anything I didn't want to get spray painted. You could also use acrylic paints here.
  • I first primed projects with some primer.
  • Once that dried I sprayed with a black lacquer that gives it a glossy finish.
  • Once that dried I removed the projects from the tape and stained just the big recantle to give it some colors
