Pulled in different images for hair stylist and picked a 30 oz cup. I normally measure the area of the cup to be engraved and create a box by using the rectangle feature. Arrange the images to look like I want. On this cup I wanted to do a seperate engrave on the bottom part of the cup so this one was created in two sections. 

Removed the handle on the cup and installed into the chuck on the RA2, leveled it for the upper section of the cup.I use a dry eraser to mark my starting point after centering and measuring height on the laser. Framed it until I got the height and length I wanted for this 30 oz cup and ran the top section at 45P/500sp/240lps.

Once the top half of the tumbler was finished I redone my steps for the top section for the bottom. Moved the image so that it would not cover up the cups company logo. Framed it and when I liked the framing I processed the file.

Once it was completed I washed the cup with warm water and a Magic Erase to get all the smudge marks and to just clean up the engraving. The reason the is not a total wrap is due to the cups handles mounting point not being able to bend out of the way because of its two mounting points at the top of the handle.  This file could be used for other size cup, it would just have to be adjusted to the size of the cup.
