a little present for my wife :) once again everything created only in XCS
let's create the stem
elongated rectangle
length 150mm and width 6mm
then an oval circle
click on edit node
now you have to play around with the settings
i can recommend to use the grid from the workspace so that everything has the same size
also change the node points to square for the upper two corners
create the zigzag pattern at the top with the path tool
here i have aligned myself with the small squares on the workspace
once created close the node and select both things and substract
create a rectangle again
the size is very important here and you also have to find your own setting for your wood
the width here is 2.59mm for my 3mm wood
lay it over the tulip
make a copy and pull the strip down on the copy
here i had a short mistake in the last picture you can see that you have to pull the line all the way through so that you can put it together
create an oval circle again
click on edit node
select the outer node and click on the left node to make it a corner
before you merge them
select the tulip and the stem and click on align center
and merge them
now you can write text in the leave
