I'm continuing my series for small businesses. This project involves creating a sign that can display your prices 27/312
For this project, I started with a rounded rectangle and then used the 'Edit Node' function to elongate it. Next, I added one circle to make the place for hanging the sign. I then utilized the 'Combine' function, followed by a smaller circle, to create the hole for hanging the sign.
Now it's time to choose your material. I used basswood, but other materials like acrylic could also work well. I like the idea of using clear acrylic, though I don't have a CO2 laser. You could even consider more exotic materials.
For this, you need to add the price of your products. Make sure to adjust the text to fit your business.
Now is the time to resize the design to best fit your needs, whether bigger or smaller. These settings are for an S1 40 Watt laser. If you are using a different material, you will need to adjust the settings accordingly. Once done, you will be ready to create a new price sign. Remember to always wear your laser-safe glasses—safety is always a priority.
You're done and you've saved some money with your custom price sign.
