First I went to maker case and designed a box to the size that I would like. 

Make sure you change the kerf .0025 

Here you can add the title you would like on the front of the box.

• Once typed out you can create rectangle that runs in the middle of you word. 
  • Click “subtract” on the right side panel
• Next you can add the names of the children in between the blank space of the letters. 
  • Since I did a tool theme I also added hexagons to give it a nuts shape.
  • Make sure you set your text to engrave ad the settings you would like.
• Now go into basic shapes and bring in the tools. The hammer and wrench.
  • These two are grouped together there so we will need to right click on them and “ungroup”
  • Next we will need to piece them back together by uniting them. Align the hammer head and body with each other and make sure they are slightly over lapping. Click “unite” on the right side panel
  • you can delete the wrench body you wont need it.
• Bring you tools up to the box at the top with the flat top. 
  • Make sure they are placed how you like and slightly over lapping the rectangle.
    • Click “unite” 
• Now slick on all the text and the nuts on the front face of the box. Group it all together by right clicking.
  • Also make a copy.
    • On the copy you just made, delete all of the engraving text and set all other objects ot “cut”
• Now make sure all of your other pieces are set to cut. 
  • The writing on the front of the rectangle will be set to score, this will help with letter placement later. 

Now we need to assembly the box.

• First you can pain any objects you would like.
• Once dried we need to assembly the box. 
  • Start buy glueing all of the pieces around the base.
    • You can preassemble the box so you know where to apply the glue. I like to apply it to the indentions of the box and go from there.

Now you have a nice gift box to stuff with lots of goodies for Dad! 

Can stuff it with a tumbler, gift card, sweets and treats and dad will love it! And t can be reused for many other things after Father's Day!
