Step1: Design

I used the pre-made assets from Xtool in Creative Space to create my designs. I utilized the outline tool and subtract tool to achieve the desired shapes. Lastly, I added two circles to form the ring where I tied the string.

Step2: customize(optional)

This is a chance to personalize your wine charms, but you can choose to increase the number in the glasses or use different shapes instead of numbers. You could use shapes such as circles, squares, and triangles to distinguish between the wines. You could even opt for a different material, such as acrylic, in various colors.

Step3: Material

I used basswood, but other materials like acrylic could also be used for enhanced durability and a unique look. Just remember to adjust your laser settings accordingly and familiarize yourself with the material you choose. I thought clear acrylic would look good, but I don’t have a CO2 laser

Step4: Laser time

It's time to start the laser. Make sure you have selected the correct material for your laser and customized the settings according to your laser type. In my case, I have an S1 40-watt laser, and these settings worked well for it. Don't forget to wear laser-safe glasses before you begin. Once you have taken all the necessary precautions, you are good to go.
