      Needing a gift tag for graduation gift. This is quick and simple. It can be sized down or up depending on the gift. It can also used as a prop by adding a easel on the back.

  • Start by inserting two shapes
    • a rectangle
    • hexagon
  • Overlap them at the top of the see the second photo for reference
    • Unite them together on the right side panel
  • Now we need to clean it up so click on edit nodes on the right side panel
    • Click on the one that is sticking out the most and hit delete on your keyboard
  • Add a small circle and place at the top. This is where our ribbon or string will go through.
    • You can use .25" x .25"
    • Make sure you align the circle horizontal center 
    • Select both objects and group them together
  • Now add the text you would like in the font you want to use
    • Dont forget to align horizontally center

You may notice my photos of the design are different from the finished product. After I cut this I noticed some of the cursive writing was too brittle so I went back and redid it to a better font that would cut better. 

You can paint and glue down your pieces to the backer board.

For the photos I added a small tassel but you can also add some string and ribbon to pair with the tassel if tying to a gift.
