Cute way to represent kids or grand kids with their birth month flower!

Step1: CREATING YOUR BASE SHAPE- think simple to start! (:
The first thing we you are going to do to create this is to create our base shape, which is a rectangle! You can find 2 different ways to do this i have highlighted above for you !
Step2: Create your frame !
To create your frame you are going to go down to the outline tool. Once you have clicked on your outline tool adjust your settings below the middle line to achieve a border around the inside to your desired depth! Once you have your inside box to complete your frame you will first click on the outside bigger box and copy & paste a copy beside the frame(this is your back piece), once you have another copy of your large box you will highlight the frame and group or weld them together so they stay in place!
GREAT JOB!!! Now we have our basic frame and backdrop complete, TIME TO DESIGN!
Step3: DESIGN,DESIGN!
I seem to start at the top and work my way down so first i found the font i wanted for my top half of my sign! I then decided i wanted the name to stick out more so to do that i choose to cut out my letters instead of engrave them when doing this it is very helpful to go down to your outline button again- you will again go below the middle line/ halfway point to get to about -.013 , just under an exact underline to place your letters where they belong without showing once they are glued down! SUPER helpful for getting straight evenly placed letter signs!
Step4: FLOWERSSS!
Next you will pick out the birth flowers associated with the birth month ! i have included birth flower files in this how to - if you need any help im happy to assist!
Step5: FINISH IT UP!
Your last step will be to add text for childs name and birthdate - You will again add text and choose your font, dont forget to use your align tool to make sure everything is lined up evenly the way you would like,i like to line up each section so the top wording i alighn and group, then i would align my flowers the way id like them and group them, same with the birth date and names, once you have each section aligned and grouped as you would like, its much simpler to go in and then align each group together, atleast thats what works for me !!
