Information
Hello everyone,
Since I have the additional infrared module and wanted a clean storage option for the 40W module when changing, I designed a box for this.
The material I used for this was 4mm plywood, the whole thing was constructed with a KERF of 0.15mm.
I cut and stacked the inlay 4 times, this results in a depth of 16mm for the laser lens, which ensures that 1-2mm of air remains.
To do this, please simply cut out this item as often as you like.
I measured the geometry of the lens and the Air Assist attachment precisely; the module fits into the box without damaging the retaining bolt or the air connection.
The inner box is 1cm deeper so that the module can be easily removed.
I recommend cleaning the cut edges before use.
Have fun!!!
