Customized welcome bags

      At the vacation rental property we manage, I leave welcome kits with some starters for the kitchen (condiments, wrap, etc.), some swag, and a gift card for the local grocery.

I hadn't used my F1 to engrave on paper before, but as I expected, it does a much faster job than the M1 to leave a custom mark on our bags. Using just text, including the custom font we use for the house name, I created a quick design then rotated it to easily engrave it from the side of each bag.

I used the reference settings for engraving on corrugated cardboard, which worked perfectly to remove the color layer on color gift bags from Dollar Tree. The resulting engraving is bright white text. Each bag takes just about a minute to process.
