Trace a picture of an animal cookie using the Vector Edit tool

Add lines and use the Vector Edit tool to curve them to match the lines of the cookie and set those lines to Score

Add 2mm circles over each of the cookie dots (it's important that these are all the same size)

Step2: Outline the Cookie to Create Backer

Make a backer by selecting the cookie shape and using outline at 3mm

Select the original cookie shape and all of the dots and choose subtract

Make 2mm circles at the same count as the cookie (if the cookie has 20 then you need 20 circles)

Set everything but the score lines to cut.

Cut the backer out of white acrylic and the front out of pink.  Cut the circles from 3 or 4 other pastel colors.

Put a piece of painter's tape on the front of the pink piece.  Put the colored dots into place and the tape will hold them together.

Put a dot of glue on each of the colored circles.  It's ok to have a little extra as this will hold the pink part in place, too.

Put the white backer in place, flip it over, and press down each of the pieces to make sure they all stick.  Let the glue dry and then carefully remove the painter's tape.
