An acrylic unicorn head that has a fun stained glass appearance.
Draw and scan a unicorn head or pick an image to trace. I drew mine based on a few I liked online and scanned it in and traced.
After tracing there is always a little tweaking to do so now is the time to use the Vector Edit tool and touch up the lines.
Change the different sections to different colors so you can decide how many colors you want for the hair, etc, and see how it will look.
I chose 1 color for the horn and head and 4 more for the hair. Play around until it looks distributed.
Select all of the pieces and set them to cut.
Select all of the pieces again and make a second copy. For this copy choose Combine and set this to score. Select this one again and then choose Outline. Add an outline of 3 or 4 and set the outline to cut.
The scoring will be on the outlined backer and will make placing the other parts easier.
For the first set we can cut those parts out of our 5 different colors.
Cut the outline and score piece from a clear acrylic, I used a thin 1mm piece.
Assembly! Use the scored lines as a guide for where to glue your pieces onto the backer and enjoy your cute new decoration.
