      This jig template is designed to help you craft 10 rounded keychains. Achieve precise and uniform engraving on your rounded 1.5" keychains.

Instruction

Step1: Download and Open the Project in xTool Creative Space

Download and Open the Project in xTool Creative Space.
You will have 2 canvases for this project.
- 1st Canvas for the top of the Jig
- 2nd Canvas for the bottom of the Jig
Both, Top and bottom of the jig were made out of cardboard.

Step2: Engraving and Cutting Process

Preview

Check the Framing: Ensure the design aligns correctly with the materials. Once confirmed, send the project for processing.
Processing the Project: I processed this project in two steps.
1. The top part of the Jig, from the first canvas (Score text, then cut)
2. The bottom of the Jig, part from the second canvas (Only cut).
Assemble the Jig: Glue the top to the bottom of the jig template, and let it dry. You can put something heavy on top of it to help it stay in place until the glue dries.
