A jig for Rounded Rectangle Key Chain holds 23 at a time.
The initial step is to cut out the front of this jig, which is specifically designed for rounded rectangle keychains. This page should be the first page in the XCS file and is developed for a 12x12 piece of wood. When cutting, please remember to wear your laser-safe glasses.
We will now proceed to cut the back of the key chain holder. The back includes numbers for each key chain and a hole for easy removal of the key chains. When cutting, please remember to wear your laser-safe glasses.
Now it's time to glue the pieces together. Here's a photo of where I put the glue. Make sure that everything is aligned.
I created a file that contains three canvases. The last one is designed for aligning your designs, and I've included a crosshair to help you align with the s1. When cutting, please remember to wear your laser-safe glasses.
