Information
This small cardstock box is designed to present business cards to my clients in a clean, professional, and branded way. It fits standard-size cards and can be customized with logos, colors, or additional graphics.
It’s a quick project that cuts beautifully on the xTool P2 55W.
Instruction

Step1
I placed the cardstock (22x14) on the working area and made sure it stayed completely flat.
Inside XCS/Atomm, I selected:
Cut process for the outer outline
Cutting Process
I sent the job to the P2.
The cardstock cuts very fast at low power, so I kept an eye on it to prevent any lifting or movement.
Assembly
After cutting, I folded all the score lines.
The box can be assembled using:
Glue orDouble-sided tape, only the tabs
Once assembled, it’s ready for business cards.
Optional Customization
You can add:
A logo cutout
Sticker branding
Colored cardstock
Decorative patterns or initials
Why I Made It
I produce business cards for clients, so I wanted a clean way to deliver them instead of handing loose cards. This box adds a premium touch.
