For my little nephew abroad I wanted to make a bunny that fits into a letter to send using mail.

Step1: Cut with the laser

I've prepared the bunny for 1mm material. The height with the ears is about 220mm. Cardboard is certainly possible to use. Just change the settings.
I've got the idea to make it taller (50-100mm) with thicker material (2-4mm plywood).

Step2: Push slits into slits

After cleaning push slits into slits. The once that fit together have the same length. You can change the ears or the tail or the overall direction. Just as you want to see the lasered surface.
