To achieve good results you first need to run a calibration test grid suitable for your material and machine, to be able to reference it in step 2
change the speeds/frequency/laser type etc to whatever settings your reference grid tells you to achieve the color you want a block to be.
Run your settings and nudge them hotter/cooler faster/slower depending on how the colors turn out.
