Modules:

Inkjet Module – for full-color printing on cardstock
Fine Point Blade – for precise cutting of printed design

Material: White cardstock (recommended thickness: 200–300 gsm for best results)

Steps


Design Preparation

Create or import your design (e.g., bear graphic) in xTool Creative Space (XCS).
Ensure proper size and alignment for your cardstock sheet.



Inkjet Printing

Load white cardstock into the machine.
Print the design using the Inkjet Module for vibrant colors.
Allow ink to dry before cutting to avoid smudges.



Blade Cutting

Switch to the Fine Point Blade module.
Set cutting parameters for cardstock:

Speed: Low to medium for clean edges
Pressure: Adjust based on cardstock thickness


Cut around the printed design or create intricate shapes.



Finishing

Remove cut pieces carefully to avoid tearing.
Optional: Laminate or mount for durability.




Tips:

Use a test cut to confirm blade settings.
Keep cardstock flat and secure for accurate printing and cutting.
For layered designs, repeat the process with different colors or textures.
