Do you need a trophy for the winner of a race? Whether it's a car race for adults or a bobby car race for the children's group, every winner receives a prize! These trophies are perfect for the occasion!
Instruction
Step1: 3D Modelling and Exporting DXF
The first step is to model the trophy in the free 'Sketchup Make' software. Here you can also perfectly check whether an assembly works. The contours of the individual parts are then laid out on a surface (which must not be larger than your working area) and a DXF can be exported.
Step2: Import and adjust DXF
In this step, the DXF is imported into XTool Creative Space and can be edited here. If you need several trophies, you can also copy the contours here. A personal text can be customized on the round parts shown in the image. The parts are then cut using the laser and the settings shown.
Step3: Optional customizations
In a further step, I adapted the design of the trophy in 'Sketchup Make' so that a small box can be opened underneath the bobby car. The parts are assembled as shown in the picture, whereby the bobby car must remain movable with the glued-on wooden wedge underneath. A rubber band holds back the built-in drawer, which pops out when the bobby car is pulled up.
