Christmas is coming soon, it is necessary to decorate a fun and beautiful Christmas tree at home. This time we used different methods such as laser engraving, laser cutting, UV printing, and decorative lights to design a unique Christmas tree that added a warm feeling to our little home.
Instruction
Step1
We are still using 3mm oak plywood this time. Prepare a 50cm long LED strip in advance. First, based on the design documents I provided, use laser cutting to cut the Christmas tree. Take out two cut Christmas trees, stick them together with glue, and secure them with clips to ensure that the position does not shift.
Step2
Wrap LEDs and other components inside the Christmas tree, and place the light beads according to your preferences. After fixing, stick two layers of cut Christmas trees before and after. Take out the pre cut light strips and stick them onto the surface of the Christmas tree. Finally, stick the last two cut Christmas trees before and after.
Step3
Now let's install the Christmas tree base. Insert the Christmas tree into the perforated panel on the base surface, and then connect the base to the support surface. The entire Christmas tree has been installed. Note that the LED switch button needs to be exposed, and the cut cover plate should be pasted onto the button to hide it.
Step4
Now we can start decorating the Christmas tree. Paste the semi transparent light strips made in advance using a UV printer on the front and back of the Christmas tree. Then, according to your preferences, stick on the decoration of the Christmas tree. This unique Christmas tree is ready. Let's give it a try together, everyone.
