Laser Cut Personalized Wooden Christmas Tree Ornament 2024

Customise names using name template once names have been created, I used the outline tool to create a bubble effect around the engraving, this also provides a cut line.

Now the name, surname and year tags are updated, you can then process the file. (Note - for me I cut the rear out separately as I wanted to use the Birch plywood, So this would need to be de-activated as an output and printed separately) 

Once cut, I then painted the tree outline in white paint and painted the baubles to a colour to suit.

Once paint is dried, stick tree outline and Baubles to the rear tree using wood glue

Stick name tags onto the tree and I finished using a clear gloss varnish spray
