You can use the outlines and the cut outs, so you have less waste. 

For these little Stars you need a front an a back and between them a layer of transparent paper.

I used a thick white one that is a little bit translusend. I beautified the stars with rhinestones for the sparkling effekt. 

it is easier to glue the stars first on the paper, the front and the back exactly overlaying. When the glue ist dried, cut the paper.

I drilled a little hole in stars an gave them a silver sparkling thin cord.
