Step1: Create your base shape!
Open your shapes and select the rounded square, unlock your size scale and create the size you would like!
Step2: Grab your Ears!
Next you will grab the vector graphic you want to add to the base shape, in this case is our bunny ears!
Step3: Outline and group!
Once you have imported your ears , you will want to outline them, the standard outline works just fine. Before you move your outline, group your outline to your bunny ears for the next step!
Step4: Placing your ears!
Our ears and outline are grouped and now we are going to size and place our ears to look proportional, we don't want them to big or to small! Once they are placed in a spot you are happy with, ungroup your ears from your outline and remove everything besides the outline!
It is okay if your ear svg comes apart in two pieces since it is no longer grouped as these pieces are being cut out anyways and will need to be apart before cutting!
Step5: Combine your square and ear outline for basic template !
You are almost finished with your template ! All that is left is to left click and drag to select your ear outline and square and hit combine, your ears and square are now one and you have your basic template made if you want to change fonts or what is says later on with ease!
Always a good idea to save your basic templates before you add texts and designs so they can be easily converted and used in future projects !
Step6: Finishing touches!
All that is left is to add your text or any other design aspect you'd like to add!
