Information

      The following project is made with M1 and D1 Pro on a 3mm Plywood. Easy assembly. 
    

Instruction

Step1: Open xcs file.

Place your wood panel on the base. Preferably if you do have a honeycomb and air-assist as it will work much quicker on the cutting.

Step2: Resize the file.

Resize the file. Press refresh so the camera will capture an image of the wood panel.

Step3: Set your parameters and select laser flat.

Do select on the parameters eg. 60% and 6mm/s 1 pass. Do run your test grid so you have an idea where to start.

Step4: Press process and preview.

For XCS 2.0 a laser trajectory will appear on the preview screen. That shows how the laser module travel. Run framing make sure the laser module is within the wood panel.

Step5: Laser completed.

Open cover make sure all the lines fully cut.

Step6: Assemble the parts.

There are only 3 parts proceed to assemble with glue on the bottom of 2 panels.

Step7: Spray paint / brush

Use any of your favourite paint either you can spray or brush with any acrylic paint.

Let dry.
