Had Almake generate a pic from another of mine that I had made. Can be done in metal ar any material. This was done in Acrylic, also a friend cut one from metal.

Step1: Setup
Preview
Open xcs software and import xcs or svg file. Check the setting to make sure that they work with you laser machine. I like to do a faster cut on acrylic and two passes with air assist for a cleaner cut so it does not melt. Size can be changed to bigger of smaller. Lay acrylic on honeycomb and adjust laser accordingly.

Step2: Cutting
Cut the file. I like to keep the backing paper on till after cutting. Pull of backing paper and mount.
