Information
Sample cut on 1/4 inch thick Rosewood, with an X-Tool P3 on Reference Settings for Cherry or Hardwood. Engraving one side, then cutting creates a jig that the item can be turned over and the design reflected to create the Rabbit running in the other direction - the cut edge is symetrical. Item is about 7 inches long and 2 inches wide. The design also features a greyscale to create a convex shape if carved in multiple passes. Example took 2 passes each side for engrave and 10 passes to cut at Reference Settings mentioned. Item was also sanded by hand with 80 grit then finished with 330 grit and oiled with food safe mineral oil. Please only make for personal use!
