Information
This makes a set of 4 simple puzzle boards. Use the laser to cut and engrave each animal and the individual boards with the name of the animal and the number of the animals will be engraved on each board. Layer 2 is 4 blank boards to make the back of each puzzle. Next paint and seal the puzzle and then glue the front and back boards together.

Step1: Cut and score the first board.

It will cut 4 pieces with animals cut out on each piece.

Step2: cut the backs using another 12x12 3 mm birchwood

Step3: Paint and seal the puzzle and it’s pieces.
Preview
Avoid painting on the sides of the pieces because the wood will expand and make it difficult to put together.

Step4: Glue the front and back puzzle pieces together.

This puzzle makes a great gift to put in an Easter basket or give as a birthday present. it helps to teach counting, animal names and hand eye coordination. Young children should be supervised while handling small parts.
