      ❄️ Frosty Friends — Created in xTool’s AI Stickers style and printed on maple wood using the M1 Ultra’s Print Module. A heart-warming winter moment brought to life in under 10 minutes — festive, fast, and full of joy!

Created using xTool’s AI Stickers style, this charming mini-scene captures two cheerful children building a snowman under a smiling sun, surrounded by playful woodland animals. The design was printed directly onto maple plywood using the M1 Ultra’s Print Module, producing crisp color and warm tones in minutes.

🪵 Step-by-Step Instructions

Open xTool Creative Space (XCS).

Launch XCS and connect your M1 Ultra with the Print Module attached.

Import the Design.

Load the Frosty Friends image into your workspace. Make sure it’s centered on your canvas.

Set the Material.

Select Maple Wood from the material list. Use a light-colored surface for best results.
Prepare the wood by applying xTool's Wood Printing Fixative Spray for xTool M1 Ultra.

Adjust Print Settings.

Use the print settings for the Print Module and the cut settings for the laser.
If you are like me, you like to use another laser for your cutting if the wood is thicker than 0.125". I actually printed this on three different pieces of maple: 0.125, 0.25. and 0.5".

Set Print Area & Align.

Align the image where you want it to print.

Print the Design.

Click Start and let the M1 Ultra’s Print Module do the work. The print should complete in about 8–10 minutes.

Finish Up.

Once printing is done, allow enough time for the project to dry. The ink should be completely dry in about 15 minutes after printing.
Your cheerful holiday scene is ready to display or gift!
