Information
This is a cute bunny magnet with a place for a photo insert. This is so simple and can be customized. Instead of "Easter" you can write any child name or even engrave the year anywhere on the bunny's body.

CREATING THE DESIGN: (all the photos will have written instructions inside as well)

  1. On the left hand side of Creative Space, Select Shape, animal, and bunny.
    1. Be sure to resize the bunny at the top. For this design I used 4.5" x 4.3"
  2. Again, on the left hand side, select insert, circle.
    1. Move the circle inside the bunny back area and resize according to your bunny,
  3. Click Text, on the right hand side, enter the text you would like. For this design I used “EASTER” but this is can be customized to display a child's name.
  4. If you notice at the end of the word “Easter”, you will find a little arching symbol. If you click and drag that it will start to arch “Easter”
    1. Drag the word “Easter” closer to the bunny, click and hold the arching symbol and space it along the bunny's back. You will need to pay with the sizing of the word, as well as the arching to make it fit just righ
  5. Move the word “Easter” so that all parts of the word are barely touching the bunny's back. You will want to make sure its not too much of the word.
    1. Next, we will need to unite these. Click on the bunny, click shift and click on the “Easter” (make sure the circle is NOT selected"
    2. At the top of Creative Space, select Combine, click Unite.
  6. Now we need to make an offset of the circle. Click on the circle and at the top of Creative Space, select Outline.
    1. We want another circle larger than the one we currently have. For this design, I increased the offset distance to 0.152 and clicked “OK”
  7. We need to add another shape, Click shape, basic shape, and click the half circle.
    1. Now make an interal offset of this half circle shape.
    2. Click outline at the top
    3. -0.26 internal offset will work for this design. Click “OK"
    4. Delete the bigger half circle. You will only need the newly created internal offset.
  8. Make a copy of bigger offset circle and set off to the side.
  9. Move the half circle on top of ONE of the circles and align them at the bottom.
    1. At the top of Creative Space, Align, Align Bottom
    2. Now that they are aligned highlight them both, select combine at the top, and click “unite at overlap”
    3. You should be left with just a small half circle.

After cutting you should have three piece. A bunny, a small half circle and the bigger circle. You can discard the circle that was in the enter of the bunny.

  1. Glue the small half circle to the circle, make sure they are aligned at the bottom.
  2. Now glue the piece to the back of the bunny. You will want it align it at the bottom of the open hole on the back of the bunny.
  3. After everything is dried you can add a magnet. The magnet I used from amazon comes with a adhesive backing for easy attaching.
  4. Add a cute photo and put it on the fridge!
