We needed a fun way to reveal the gender of our daughter. So we got online, ordered some blue and pink macarons and lasered them. Put the lasered side down, and let everyone choose a color.
Blue for boy, pink for girl! ;)
Instruction

Step1: Order some blue and pink macarons

Go to your local store or order some macarons online.
Blue for boy

Step2: Arrange emoticons
Preview
Put the macarons on something flat and clean.
Remove the slats and place them on the base plate.
Measure the highest macaron, make sure the measuring dot is in the center of the macaron.
Arrange the emoticons, take a close-up per macaron, as the image tends to shift a bit.
The settings are fine, nothing to worry there.
Once you are satisfied, click on process.

Step3: Start lasering!

Step4: Presentation & gender reveal!

Take all macarons and put the lasered side downward.
Let your guests choose the color they think the gender will be.
Turn them around for a surprise!
