A heart pendant with articulated elements.
Instruction

Step1: Cut the parts

Laser cut the parts.
In addition you will require 2mm diameter pins. Toothpicks around here are just the right size.

Step2: Prepare the pins
Preview
You will require 3x 2mm diameter pins. You can cut them to size now or later at the end.
The pins need to be 9mm long.

Step3: Add the pins

Insert the pins into the holes as in the picture. Do not glue them yet.

Step4: Add the gears

Add the gears as in the picture.

Step5: Finish assembly

Add the other side panel.
Glue on the clamps. Make sure the gears can rotate freely.

Step6: Glue the pins
Preview
Glue the pins only from the outside. Make sure you don't glue the gears as well.
Add a small blob of glue on top of the pin and spread it around.
Cut the pins to size before gluing, if you didn't do it before.

Step7: Add a string or keyring - optional

Optionally you can add a key ring, string, etc. to hang the model.
