Step1: Customise

Choose the designs you wish to use or add your own. Egg1 is a blank egg to add any design to. I created these designs by importing an image into xTool creative space, then I traced the images to convert them to vectors. All designs have a variation with and without a hanging hole.

These can be scaled to any size. The default hanging hole size that fits the S hook is 5mm.

Customise the S hook size and width using the included Fusion 360 file. Export the customised hook by right-clicking the sketch, then exporting it as a DXF

Step2: Engrave & Cut

If you have customised the hook or egg dimensions, first cut one piece to check the fit, then cut as many pieces as you need.

Step3: Decoration

Now that you have cut and engraved your eggs and hooks, they can be painted (I used felt tip), hung on a tree, used as bunting or placed as decorations.

They could also be hidden for an easter egg hunt, where each pattern corresponds to a different prize or the prize could be etched on the back.
