Hauntingly Bold Halloween Sign

Cut & Engrave

• Open the Halloween sign file in xTool Creative Space.
• Set the focus and enter your laser settings. (If you’re using an xTool P2s, recommended settings are already saved in the file.)
• Place 3 mm black-and-white two-tone acrylic in the laser and engrave/cut the design.
• Other xTool machines will work—just dial in the appropriate acrylic settings for your laser.

Clean Up

• Carefully remove the sign and stand pieces.
• Wipe down all parts with a damp rag to remove any residue or acrylic dust.

Assemble the Stand

• Glue the stand pieces together with CA glue (cyanoacrylate).
• Once dry, attach the completed stand to the back of the sign, centering it and aligning the stand’s bottom edge with the bottom of the sign for a clean, level display.

Display & Enjoy

• Set your finished piece on a shelf, mantel, or table. Add small lights or Halloween accents to complete the spooky look.
