Laser Cut Leather Wallet with American Flag Punisher Design

cut the three pieces. i used the s1 40w at 30 power, 16 speed, one pass. 

glue left and right smaller piece unto the larger piece. i used contact cement. 

use a compass to mark a line for stitching holes about 3mm from the edge.

punch holes about 4mm {or what looks best to you} along the mark made by the compass.

stitch together. i saddled stitched with nylon thread {not sure of thread thickness but under 1mm.

finish with preferred method. i used neetsfoot oil and resolene after protection.

engraved the punisher engraving with my f1 as an afterthought before oiling and resolene.{used xtool recommended settings)
