It should already be to size and do not make it bigger otherwise the insert will no longer be 3mm and it will not stand on its own. (Otherwise adjust the insert if you do make it bigger or smaller)

I put it together straight out the laser and didn't need glue or anything. Feel free to paint and decorate however you like, let me know how your guy's turns out.
