Make these cute earring for this Halloween season! I added a bit of paint on the skull, but you can leave that part out.
Use the uploaded template file to engrave and cut your earrings. My settings are working on 10W M1 machine, adjust the power and speed if you need to.
(Also, if you want to paint the whole thing instead of engraving, you can switch from engraving to scoring, so you can have clear lines to paint.
No matter where I buy my materials, I came up with sanding them after cutting. The most important part the edges, it is very chalky, so I use a fine sandpaper and clear it a bit. The front and the back side is also sanded - on the second picture you can see the difference on the design. It's up to you - baby wipes were not working well for me.
I like how the skull popping out - I used white acrylic paint to make it more visible.
(I have glow-in-the-dark paint too, maybe next time I will try that one too… it would be fun!)
Wait until it dries.
Add a light layer of clear coating to make your earrings more durable, and a bit water-resistant. Coat it everywhere (top, sides, and the back side too)
Add earring hoops and you are ready to use
