This is one of the first projects I made money with my laser s1 from xtool. This project allowed me to learn and perfect some XCS skills for engraving and cutting engravingsheet from plastic in two colors and made me feel empowered to go on.

Step1: The setting
In the photo you can see the font I used. You place it where you want on the boxes. I used 30 x 40 cm plates so this fits perfect on it.
The cards are 10x6 cm and you get 20 cards out of it. I also included a small template for 4 cards i made that one in xcs.
Step2: The setting for engraving
I used for the engraving the setting 20 power and 400 speed. You can see a little peace of the engraving in the video.
Step3: Cutting and hit the make button
For cutting I used 80 power en 2 speed. Always stay near Your device. Before you hit the make button you have to put Your sheet of material in the machine and pinpoint it so you can line up the raster of Your cards on the material on Your canvas. Note that I used a size plate of 40 x 30 cm so it lined op perfectly.
Step4: The result
After the machine is done you can collect Your cards and clean them with alcohol 96% to remove the blue dust and reveal the perfect white engraving.
