Information
I made a letter holder for your child's letter to Santa. it has room to store the letter with a spacer behind. It also has a special delivery stamp badge and can be customised with name(s) of child. It has the cuts and engraves already selected. I used mdf for the front and back and 3mm basswood for the spacer.

Step1
Select the wood you would like to use.

Step2
Line it up with your machine and cut the front and back with your laser, this includes engraving the words (on canvas 1). All of this is pre selected in the template.

Then use a thinner wood for the spacer and stamp, repeating the same process by cutting and engraving (this is on canvas 2).

Step4
Line up then glue the spacer to the front and back piece. Then glue the stamp on the front as pictured.
