Prepare the files
Open .xcs in xTool Creative Space.
Assign cut lines for cross and base parts.
Place the material
Secure 3 mm birch plywood on honeycomb panel.
Turn ON Air Assist.
Cut & engrave
Cut the cross panel and base holder.
Optional: engrave base lines for detail.
Assemble the holder
Slot the base and cross panel together.
Insert LED candle into the holder.
Finishing
Sand lightly.
Paint or varnish if desired (black for gothic look).
In the dark, the cross casts a bold shadow.
