Laser-cut wooden candle holder in the shape of a pumpkin, with the word HALLOWEEN cut through it. When used with a battery-powered LED candle (no open flame), the word projects as a spooky shadow on the wall. A fun and safe seasonal decoration made from 3 mm birch plywood.

📖 Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare the files
Open .xcs in xTool Creative Space.
Assign “HALLOWEEN” letters as cut-out.
Place the material
Secure 3 mm birch plywood to honeycomb panel.
Enable Air Assist.
Cut & engrave
Cut the pumpkin outline and the letters.
Optionally engrave extra decoration around edges.
Assemble the holder
Slot the base and pumpkin panel together.
Insert LED candle into the base.
Finishing
Sand edges for smoothness.
Optionally paint pumpkin orange/black for Halloween.
In the dark, the “HALLOWEEN” letters project clearly onto the wall.
