This project features a spooky haunted house candle holder made from 3 mm birch plywood. The interchangeable background creates chilling shadows when lit with a battery-powered LED candle (no open flame). A perfect handmade Halloween decoration or gift.

📖 Step-by-Step Instructions
Prepare the files
Open the .xcs
file in xTool Creative Space.
Check all paths are set correctly for cut (red) and engrave (blue).
Place the material
Fix a 3 mm birch plywood sheet on the honeycomb panel.
Turn ON Air Assist.
Engrave & cut
First engrave the haunted house details (windows, doors, trees).
Then cut the outline of the panel and base.
Assemble the holder
Slot the base and haunted house panel together.
No glue is required, but optional for extra strength.
Finishing touches
Sand edges for smoothness.
Optionally paint in black or orange for Halloween vibe.
Place an LED candle inside (do not use open flame).
Display
Test in a dark room – the haunted house casts an eerie shadow on the wall.
