used a brushed steel sheet for the backing,

 scored and cut black acrylic for a small mount, 

then cut the shapes required, in the colours i wanted and stuck them down.

 i used 3m double sided tape on the acrylic before cutting ( it saves hassle with glue etc ) 

all the items i used where xtool selected and can be found on the website. MadetoEmpower
