So for all you DTF XTool Owners (I'm not too Jealous!) here's one for you and for all you that are subbers (Like me) there is a PNG Versions so you can take it into Affinity or Photoshop and sublimate.

PNGs of all the Images in XCS and Separately
Tutorial is Attached Below

First turn your heat press on so it can warm up! 180c for Subbing and 165c for DTF - this may vary with each heat press.
Now upload the Design in XCS and choose the method your using DTF or Sublimation
For DTF you will stay in XCS
For sublimation you will need to take the designs into your chosen program (I use Affinity but there are others like Photoshop etc…)
Add your personalisation to your design and send to print.
You can also get you supplies together.
I use Re-positional Spray as this stops ghosting when sublimating.
Butcher Paper/Baking Paper and Teflon Sheet
These help draw moisture, stop double print and protect your garment.
For DTF your XTool Shaker & Baker will coat the film automatically and bake that off - ready to apply to your garment.
For Sublimation your will need to give it a few mins to dry fully.
First we are going to draw out the moisture in our garment by placing it in the heat press and covering with Baking Paper and the Teflon Sheet and press for 10-15 seconds.
We will then apply the DTF as it is on the garment or for Sublimation we will spray the image side with Re-positional Spray and place on the garment.
DTF your will need to press for 10-20 seconds at 165c
Sublimation is always 180c for 60 Seconds.
Once it's completed the time set above - remove the Teflon Sheet and the Baking Paper and set the garment aside flat to cool down.
