Information

This is the first engraving I ever designed and completed by purchasing something to engrave on. My first one turned out lopsided because I didn't properly mark the processing area. Ovals can be more difficult than rectangles, however, trial and error helped me feel more confident in marking the processing area. I'm a fan of humor and puns, so I created this to bring a smile to guests faces when they enter my kitchen. My hope is that others can share this with family and friends like I plan to do.

Step1: Place your wooden spoon on the baseplate and secure it with the clamps

This step is critical. I tried it without, and the spoon moved.

Step2: Mark the processing area

Mark your processing area. I selected polygon so I could mark the surface area exactly. I have since learned there is a curved surface option you could use

Step3: Select settings and process
