Laser-Cut Weaving Loom – Inspired by Childhood Creativity This project is especially close to my heart. When I was little, I used to sit glued to the TV watching Art Attack. One of my favorite episodes was when they taught you how to make a simple loom out of nothing but scrap cardboard, scissors, glue, and string. It was messy, resourceful, and magical—proof that creativity could come from the simplest of things. Now, years later, I get to bring that same sense of wonder into my studios with a much sturdier (and let’s be honest, way less “makeshift”) version—a laser-cut weaving loom. It’s so cool to take something that inspired me as a child and transform it into a functional, affordable product that others can now use to learn the joy of weaving. For me, this loom is more than just a craft tool—it’s a full-circle moment. It bridges childhood imagination with professional craftsmanship, giving people of all ages the chance to create something beautiful with their own hands.
