A laser engraved and cut 10.6 inch Whiskey Bar sign. Quick and easy engraving and cutting process that makes an amazing gift and a great seller at craft shows!

Step1
Preview
Load your file and place a sheet of ¼ inch wood into your machine. Choose the settings that suit your machine best for a Deep Engrave (this is important so that when you stain the project the deep engraving will be darker then the background) make sure you cut around the full circle. the total size is a 10.6 inch circle but can easily be modified to any size you'd like. Once you have made sure that the file is ready start engraving scoring and cutting.

Step2: Sand and Stain (optional)
Preview
After the laser is done working take the project out and sand the edges. Then apply the stain of your choice. The color stain I used is called “honey”. After that your project is complete!
