Information

When I became a mother, I needed a hobby that was mine. That’s when I discovered laser crafting. I started designing personalized name signs for my kids rooms, something unique, handmade with love, exactly the way I imagined it.

What started as a passion project turned into something much more. Friends and family loved the name signs, and soon I was creating personalized gifts for others too.

The fact that something that started with my children now brings joy to other families is incredibly empowering to me.

Instruction

1

Step1: Changing the name

Put in your name, choose a font u like, click on name > Offset

2

Step2: Offset distance

Make offset distance as big as you want. Try to remember the offset HAS to merge with the lines of the inner circle

If not fully fit u can always after confirm make BOTH (don't forget to select both!) name AND offset bigger to fit better.

3

Step3: Subtract name

Select both offset and inner circle > subtract

Now the inner circle is one with the name. By using edit you can make some adjustments if needed

Just like this weird smallest gap I have between the letter and the leave… just delete or adjust.

4

Step4: Add settings and done!

Now everything is merged, select both inner and outer circle > make compound vector

Then put settings of the circle on cut, flowers and name will be engraved. And your ready to laser this sign.

Hope you enjoy it :)
