Step1
Material:
- Use 3mm basswood or birch plywood or the material of your choice (lightweight and engraves cleanly).
- Mask with transfer tape if you want to reduce burn marks.
File Setup:
- Red lines = Cut (set to cut operation).
- Black lines = Engrave (set to engrave operation).
- Size recommended: 35–45mm wide per token.
Finishing:
- Leave natural for a rustic look or customize with acrylic paint, paint pens, or markers.
- Seal with clear coat if desired for durability.
